ABOUT US

Don't Call Me A Babysitter
Little children come to me for hugs and books and such.
I care for all their special needs and also fix them lunch.
I pick up toys, mop up spills, and often dry their tears.
I change their diapers, settle fights and kiss away their fears.
I tie their shoes, button coats and push them on the swing.
I really love these kids, you see, but there is just one thing.
Call me Mom or Aunt or Teacher or other names that fit,
But please don't call me the "sitter", because I never get to sit!

This letter is in reference to Mrs. Carmen Slaughter, owner of Earth Angels Daycare. I would like to start
by saying I am very pleased to have met Mrs. Slaughter. I was in need of daycare services back in 2003 when
I saw someone passing out flyers and that was when I met her.
She has been providing and continues to provide excellent service since day one. My son, Naggee Hill, has
been in her care since he was 3 years old. She has a nice structured environment that is very beneficial for
the children. What my son enjoys most are the reading sessions that the children participate in. He has been
reading since the age of three and continues to learn from the group sessions. He is very active and also
enjoys the outdoor activities. Mrs. Slaughter could always benefit to having any additional equipment inside
or outside, to add to the variety of the center.
She is an excellent role model for the community. She is a hard worker and very good , daycare provider.
Sincerely, Karen Hill

My name is Kim Williams and I am the parent of Darieal J. Sutton Jr. who attends Earth's Angels daycare Carmen Slaughter who is the owner/operator of Earth's Angels has done and is continuing to do a great job with my son. Darieal has been going to Earth's Angels for a year now and has prospered so much. Darieal has learned so much under her direction, from proper eating habits, to dress, to hygiene to even learning Spanish. (and so much more)
My child is 3 yrs old and is very intelligent for his age. Unlike other establishments who just do the usual routine, Carmen has taken it upon herself to cater to Darieal to further enhance what he already knows to help him excel even faster.
I am so glad that I decided to send my child to Earth's Angels, my son is very comfortable there and looks forward each and everyday to go there. He has really bonded with Carmen and his fellow daycare mates.
I feel Carmen is a great provider. I have and will continue to give recommendations for anyone needing childcare to consider Earth's Angels.
Sincerely, Kim Williams

Recommendation for Earth's Angels Day Care
I have two children enrolled in Earth's Angels Day Care, one is full-time and the other is
after school. Since my four year old enrolled I have seen improvement in her verbal and
intellectual skills. She is excited about learning especially reading. I believe that my
daughter will be more than ready for pre-K due to Miss Slaughter's teaching and
dedication. I am pleased and glad that my children attend this day care. I would gladly
recommend Ms Slaughter because my children have grown tremendously in social and
intellectual skills. They are happy to come here and I am assured and have peace of mind
that they are receiving good care. I would not take them anywhere else because of the
home away from home atmosphere that is shown at this day care. She plans activities
for the children well in advance and handles everything professionally. The place is
always clean and tidy and the children behave well and my children's behavior has
improved because she stresses accountability for bad behavior. I am very pleased with
the care my children receive.
Sincerely, Charity Shamba

To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to submit this letter of reference for Carmen Travis. I was fortunate enough
to have found her during my second pregnacy. Hayden has been under Mrs. Travis's care
since he was eight weeks old. Mrs. Travis was taken care of my daughter Lillian Tate
for one year, until she started PrRe-K.
Before Lillian came to Earth Angels she was not getting a lof of 1:1 attetnion from her
teachers. Mrs. Travis focusues on your child's needs and helps strengthens them. Lillian
was able to write her name, show off her creativity through her art, and learn the differences
between people's culture all before she started Pre-k. I love this about Mrs.
Travis, no challenge is to big for her.
I have found her to be creative, compassionate and committed to the children and family
members. Mrs. Travis is a fierce protector of children's rights. She promotes dignity and ensures
privacy to your child's needs. Mrs. Travis maintains high standards of customer service. She pours her
heart into the children of Earth Angels. My family is lucky to have such a dedicated and
loving person taking care of my children.
Warmest Regards, Bridgette Tate

To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to express to you how invaluable you have been to us and our daughter Normandy over the last year and a half in daycare.
It is always difficult to entrust your child to anyone while you must be away at work, but you have made it easy for us. We know that when Normandy
is with you, she is in the best hands and there is not need to be concerned about her welfare. You are so dependable and trustworthy, and you
have demonstrated to us over again your ability to run a top-notch establishment. We appreciated your constant attentiveness to your organization
and cleanliness of your daycare, and your extreme devotion to the children.
We appreciate your dedication to Normandy's education and happiness, and most importantly we appreciate the love that you have shown
her everyday while in your care. We've have watched her blossom, grow and learn under your care. We've been amazed at the vocabulary,
songs and camaraderie that she learned at your daycare. We've heard her speak of you and your family as if you were part of our own.
Her respect and affection for you is great.
Normandy is going to miss you dearly. She has really grown
and matured over the last several months, and we owe a lot of that to you.
We strongly regret needing to take her out of your care when we move to Ohio on Saturday. You are irreplaceable!
Please have future clients contact us if we can provide them with any specific information about your services. Anyone who is able
to place their child in your care should feel extremely Blessed; there is no better
daycare provider in Georgia, and likely the country for that matter!
Thank you again for everything.
The Prince Family, Norman & Charmella Prince
